I have to get on here and give many, many thanks to Joy Sneed! We moved into a new home this past week and sold our old home at the same time. We were thrown just about every single curve ball there can be thrown in the selling/buying process. There were lots of tears and stressful events, some of which I didn’t know about until after the fact because Joy chose to just handle business! We even thought we might be homeless (6 hours before closing) for a hot minute at the end.
